Become A Homes For Veterans Volunteer

At Homes for Veterans we allow our veterans to choose their own contractors so that they are in control of their project and feel safe about who is entering their private space. 

Our veteran candidates submit their applications which are reviewed and approved by our board. Once an application is approved, they submit estimates from local contractors which are also reviewed and one is ultimately approved by the board.

The process of filling out the application and finding the estimates for the project can sometimes be difficult for our veterans and take a long time. If you are interested in helping our veterans through this process, virtually, we would love to have you on board.

The time commitment can be as infrequent / frequent as you would like. We'll train you, no experience is necessary.
